Ingredients
- 2 rolls of smoke sausage
- 1/4-1/2 c frozen onions
- 1/4-1/2 c frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c of sun-dried tomatoes
- Sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 16 oz pasta of choice
- 1 c Follow your heart dairy free grated parmesan
- 1/4 c dairy free butter
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to the package.
- While the pasta is cooking, cut up the smoked sausage.
- In a skillet sauté the frozen cut onion and then add the smoked sausage.
- Once smoked sausage is cooking sprinkle in the frozen spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, and cook it all together until the sausage browns on the sides.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain and put the pasta back in the pot and add the butter and the dairy-free Parmesan.
- Finally, dump the skillet of smoked sausage into the pasta pot and mix.
- Serve with salad and bread and enjoy!
