Tuscan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 rolls of smoke sausage
  • 1/4-1/2 c frozen onions
  • 1/4-1/2 c frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c of sun-dried tomatoes
  • Sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 16 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 c Follow your heart dairy free grated parmesan
  • 1/4 c dairy free butter

Directions

  • Prepare pasta according to the package.
  • While the pasta is cooking, cut up the smoked sausage.
  • In a skillet sauté the frozen cut onion and then add the smoked sausage.
  • Once smoked sausage is cooking sprinkle in the frozen spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, and cook it all together until the sausage browns on the sides.
  • When the pasta is cooked, drain and put the pasta back in the pot and add the butter and the dairy-free Parmesan.
  • Finally, dump the skillet of smoked sausage into the pasta pot and mix.
  • Serve with salad and bread and enjoy!
