Fictional Books I Read in 2021

So when I say “read” my husband always makes the joke, “Well, you listened to those books.” I laugh and agree, but regardless they are books that my brain soaked up this year!

When it comes to fictional books I have very interesting taste. I grew up loving Harry Potter and fantastical books. Then when shows like Downton Abbey came out, I became hooked on that time period. I also love a good, sad story: one of those books where nothing seems to go right the entire book until the end (thanks Kristin Hannah books for that this year!). I love books that make you belly laugh, but also books where you are on the edge of your seat waiting for the mystery to be solved. This is what I am drawn to when I just need to get away from reality and they always seem to do the trick!

This year I read 25 books and they were all really good. I tend to start books quickly, but if I can’t get into them I just return them to the library (yes, your library should have digital audiobooks for you to borrow!).

So without further ado, here are the 25 books I read in 2021 in chronological order:

  1. Legendary- Stephanie Garber
  2. The Angry Tide- Winston Graham
